*The LOT Agreement refers to a member of the LOT Network as a LOT User. These terms may be used interchangeably on this site.
1) Per Deutsche Telecom,T-Mobile US (and its Affiliates) are a separate LOT Member and not an Affiliate of Deutsche Telekom AG under the LOT Agreement
2) Per Midea, before January 1, 2024, Midea cannot grant licenses, releases, waivers or immunities under patent assets owned or licensable by Kuka Aktiengesellschaft (Kuka) and Kuka’s subsidiaries without independent approval and action by Kuka. Such approval has not been sought, and Midea will update LOT Network immediately upon such approval being sought and issued.
3) Per AT&T, under its LOT Agreement DIRECTV Entertainment Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries (DTV) are not Affiliates and no license, release, waiver or immunity to DTV’s patent assets is granted.
4) Per DIRECTV Entertainment Holdings LLC, under its LOT Agreement AT&T is not an Affiliate and no license, release, waiver or immunity to AT&T’s patent assets is granted.
5) Per BASF SE, under its LOT Agreement the joint venture Baseclick GmbH is not an affiliate of BASF SE.
6) Per KnowBe4, on 2/1/2023 they have been acquired by Vista Equity which is a Financial Investor and not an Affiliate of KnowBe4. KnowBe4 has affirmed its LOT membership and remains a LOT User in good standing.
7) Per Sempra Energy and Oncor, they have signed separate agreements due to regulatory requirements specifically applicable to them.
8) Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company, Merged with and into Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, effective 1/1/2023
9) Per Boston Scientific, as of May 21, 2024, Boston Scientific Corporation does not have the rights necessary to cause Acotec Scientific Holdings Limited to be bound by the obligations of this LOT Agreement (including the obligations to grant the Licenses with respect of the Subject Patents in accordance herewith), and thus Acotec is not considered an Affiliate of Boston Scientific Corporation for purposes of the LOT Agreement.
10)Per GlobalFoundries (GF), GF’s parent company (Mubadala Investment Company PJSC (“Mubadala”)) and Mubadala’s other subsidiaries are not “Affiliates” of GF under GF’s LOT Agreement.
