Some highlights from the LOT Network member community:
  • Members have increased interest in buying and selling patents amongst each other. Currently, there are patents in security, virtual production, aerial/drone technologies, cloud, gaming, and blockchain available. There is also interest from members in buying patents in process mining, cybersecurity, IoT, wireless communication, networking, e-commerce, smart grid, and multimedia. If you’d like to provide additional input to us about buying and selling patents, please complete this short survey.
  • LOT has been connecting members dealing with similar patents/NPEs (e.g., many of our banks have been hit with IV patents and a number of our members were hit with Patent Armory and Digimedia patents). Please let me know if you want to connect with other members on issues you may be experiencing. I am also your point of contact to look up patents to see if they are covered under LOT.
  • Please join the LOT NETWORK COMMUNITY PORTAL. There are over 200 members already registered that can see updates on new members, reports, lawsuits, etc. Participation is highly encouraged so that we strengthen our community, but not required. If you register, you will receive a weekly email digest so you can pick and choose which updates matter to you.
