Ed is the Chief of Finance for LOT Network. He also is involved with another defensive patent organization, Open Invention Network (OIN). Previously, Mr. Meintzer served as Executive Managing Director for two award winning funds that were formed to offer capital collateralized primarily by IP. Prior to this, he worked in investment banking and as a nuclear submarine officer.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
