Andy brings over 30 years of patent related legal experience to this position.  Before joining LOT, Andy was Executive Vice President at RPX where he focused on patent licensing and new business initiatives. Prior to RPX he spent 15 years as the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Time Warner Cable, where he was responsible for IP litigation, dispute resolution, licensing, and procurement, as well as all corporate IP matters.  Andy also served as head IP attorney at Kodak Polychrome Graphics, and before that he focused on IP litigation, licensing and counseling at the BakerBotts and Cooley Godward law firms. Andy has a JD from Columbia University, an MS in Astrophysics from UC Santa Cruz and an undergraduate degree in Physics from Vassar College. He resides in Armonk, NY.
