Mr. Yukihiro Takemoto joins LOT with his IP career of more than 18 years. Yuki is currently the managing partner of Ace-ai IP Law firm based in Tokyo, providing IP legal and consulting services to clients. Prior to establishing Ace-ai, he was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he provided strategy consulting service to Nikkei225 and S&P500 companies. Before BCG, he spent 12 years at Hitachi, Ltd. and its group companies, Hitachi America, Ltd. and Hitachi Maxell, Ltd., where he was active in IP licensing, negotiation and prosecution. Yuki earned his LL.M. from the George Washington University and Bachelor of Laws, M.S. in engineering, and Bachelor of engineering from Keio University. Yuki is a qualified New York attorney and registered Japanese patent and trademark attorney.
