David Perry has nearly twenty years of litigation experience at top law firms and now the world’s most successful open-source software company.  He can successfully manage companies’ risk by engaging in tactical analysis of technical merits, legal arguments, and business objectives. His primary strengths are strategic threat management, including identifying all material risks, educating executives of resulting exposure, developing strategic options to solve the identified risks, exercising superior judgment about which strategy to employ, and managing the execution of the chosen strategy to achieve a successful result. David is also able to develop and manage a cost-effective plan to deliver success, whether early resolution or scorched-earth litigation by applying skills he honed at top law firms and further developed in house. With a liberal arts background complemented by technical education and experience, David enjoys the rare combination of strong technical aptitude and the ability to connect with people.
