Josh is the AVP of Intellectual Property and Patentable Innovation for The Toronto-Dominion Bank. He is responsible for TD’s intellectual property matters on an enterprise-wide basis. He manages a talented team of 8 professionals, lawyers and engineers, who oversee all aspects of IP at TD including, M&A, commercial transactions, litigation, prosecution and patentable innovation. Before joining TD, Josh worked at Torys and Ernst & Young.
