Jay started his career at Hon Hai/Foxconn as a Patent Engineer primarily on US patent prosecution. He started his first Licensing Executive role at Huawei, and later carried it on respectively at Siemens, Philips and IBM in China. After IBM, He founded a licensing consultancy named PatPub engineering patent licenses for potential licensees. He is representing LOT and his PatPub at present in Greater China and the rest of the world.
