Chip Lutton is the lead legal counsel at Nest Labs. For more than twenty years he has worked on intellectual property issues with leading technology companies such as Nest, Apple, Sun Microsystems and others. He clerked at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and has testified before Congress and administrative agencies on patent issues.
